Ken Ramen

I shall give credit to my army buddy for introducing this nice place for eatery to me. This shop (Ken Ramen Noodle House) serve excellent Japanese ramen with a bit of local taste.

Gyoza – Skin thickness is just right and the filling is very fragrant. It is lightly pan fried on one side, giving a a slight crisp. The gyoza must go with a sause that consist of a mixture of vinegar, soya sauce & chili oil. I could not stop myself from ordering another serving.

Char Siew Ramen w Egg – The soupbase was very tasty and the noodles that are served are cooked just right. The char siew was thinly sliced and not too salty. The egg served is really good. I was talking to chief while waiting for the food to come, I was told that the broth is boiled for 8 Hours straight. No wonder the broth was so yummy.

Cold Ramen – This dish is a must try. The noodles was cooked just nice, the seseme sause after mixing a bit a japanese mustard was really appetizing. There was also a generous serving of cucumber, japanese fish cake, egg strips and lastly japanese shoots.
