Golden Mile Steamboat ! Dont be fool by the run down looking place, at one small little corner there is a shop that does not really look in place. The place is packed by people and looks like the other stores closed down just for this place to put their tables. Remember go earlier or later in the night else it will be very hard to find a seat.

They serve steamboat and also hainanese food like chicken, satay and “chee char”. The steamboat is the not the buffet kind but instead it comes in set with a healthy serving of vegetable ( like in the pictures ). The chicken rice that came default for everyone was very nice, a very long time since i ate such nice chix rice. We also order satay, although it does not look appealing but it cooked just nice and the satay sause with pineapple paste was really good. Last came the hor fan, the dish was overwhelmed with “wor hei”, taste very nice also.

The bill came up to only S$100+ only, cheap and nice.
