Victor’s Kitchen @ Sunshine Plaza

This place serves very authentic hong kong dim sum. A very popular hang out for NAFA students, and dont be fool by the small shopfront. It actually has 3 different shopfront just for people to sit and 1 shop for the kitchen area. The place gives you quite a different type of experience, like normally such good dim sum is only found in posh resturant but here we are eatting in small cramp area and sometimes just by the alley way. The dishes are are all quite nice and very reasonably priced.

I love the fan chong w prawn, very fresh prawns are used and the rice roll thickness is just right. I found the sause abit to salty but negligible. Another of my personal favourite is the Custurd Bao, very very nice, bao skin perfectly made and the filling taste as good.
