My family decided to try another store which is just 2 shop away Normin Seafood.  The store and menu in my opinion is not that appealing, but after going thru the dishes on the menu, we decided why not try it. The chef was a renown chef from Tong Le Group if i am not wrong.

The lady waitress recommended that we go for the set menu, hence we ordered the set menu for 4 although there is 6 of us.

First came the soup, looks normal with black chicken and herbs, after the first slip, it taste heavenly. As not a soup person, i actually refilled my bowl. According to the waitress,  there is fish + chicken + 10 kinds of herbs  double boiled (Wow) .

After soup i was really looking forward to the next dish, came the steam garoupa with black fungus, light dish with a very pleasant taste. Wasabi Prawn came next, fresh and huge prawns. The wasabi sauce is  a mixture of mayo and wasabi powder and tossed lightly with fried prawn. The sauce is very well made, and the prawns where so crunchy that I cant stop myself to extra piece. Next roasted crispy chicken, seasoning is good and has a very crispy skin.  Vegetables is next on the list, very special way of cooking. They served it with tou kee (Dry bean curd), kindly like the combination something different.

The place really leave up to its names, food here is really nice . The bill came out to only 90+ for 6 person, quite reasonable.  I would recommend that you all try this place
