Can you imagine that wearing a long sleeve shirt with long pants cooking right in front of a hot stove. This is what the boss of this place does to make sure that every customer will get the best and only the best. Most places once the business pickup, the boss will get a replacement chef to do the cooking and wait for cash to roll in. But not at this place.

The fried prawn mee here will never fail to impress me. Its so good from not just the noodles but also the chilli and also the pork lard. I am not kidding pork lard. They also serve zhi char dishes also and they are also quite good and quite reasonably priced.
